Features and Applications

Actmix E-80GE F200 is an environmentally friendly pre-dispersed rubber anti-scorching agent. It mainly prevents rubber compound scorching during rubber vulcanization, and can delay the initial vulcanization of natural rubber and diene synthetic rubber without significantly prolonging the total vulcanization time. It is particularly suitable for thiuram vulcanization systems, and can be used as a secondary accelerator to shorten vulcanization time and improve production efficiency. It is non-staining and non-discoloring, so it can be used for light-colored products. It also increases the vulcanization crosslinking density of EPDM and NBR compounds, improves tensile stress at definite elongation, and reduces permanent compression set. No harmful substances will be generated during the vulcanization process.

Detailed Introduction

Dosage: Under normal circumstances, the addition amount is 0.2-2 phr.
Applications: Natural rubber and synthetic rubber compounds, such as tires/conveyor belts, shoe soles, molded and extruded products, etc.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, net weight 25KG per carton; 600kg per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The recommended shelf life of the product is one year.
